About us
Jilted Media was born in 2019 to two former bud tenders with a combined 10 years experience in audio engineering and music writing and production. Dominic McComb and Sam Coker would soon meet Michael B. Harris known as Bam. Dominic a Denver native attended Denver School of the Arts for Audio Engineering graduating in 2010. He built his first recording studio, that summer which would be the birth of Shoppe Records, a 700 square foot garage space sound treated and built-out with an isolation booth. Dominic would speed the next 4 years there until meeting fellow producer Vincent Baca. The two would eventually meet Sam who would help bring the studio closer to home, and that made the most sense.
In 2019 Bam would make it to town and by the grace of the universe was an accomplished engineer and producer from Iowa. Having nearly 10 years of producing beats and a vibrant band background Bam would end up being the missing link. Dominic and Sam built out the new Studio in the larger two car garage, a completely separate building now, at Dominic’s family home. Jilted Media was born when Sam helped make us legit we incorporated as a group of friends who love one thing, making music. With a team that consists of nearly 15 working artists, we are ready to open up our doors to the public.
